Steve Lyerly is primarily responsible for investor relations, capital formation, and driving the strategic growth of Egg Capital. He also oversees firm operations and plays a key role in portfolio and organizational development. Steve currently serves as President of a 700+ employee technology company, where he led the business from inception to a multiple nine-figure exit to a publicly traded acquirer. A seasoned entrepreneur and investor with decades of experience in private equity and technology leadership, Steve brings of experience building, scaling, and exiting high-growth companies.

After his business exit, Steve sought passive investment opportunities that could generate consistent cash flow, tax efficiency, and long-term wealth accumulation.
He quickly realized that real estate provided a superior risk-adjusted return profile compared to traditional investments—but only if done at an institutional level with elite operators, thorough due diligence, and strong downside protection.
