Eric Fitzgerald leads the firm’s investment sourcing, sponsor diligence, underwriting, and deal structuring efforts. He brings over $1B of institutional real estate transaction experience across debt and equity strategies. Eric has held investment leadership roles at several institutional real estate firms, including DLP Capital, where he invests on behalf of a $5.5B+ platform across equity and credit strategies. He began his career at Morgan Properties, the third largest apartment owner in the U.S. with $17B+ AUM.
